From your first consultation to your final permanent teeth, here is what the All-on-X dental implant process looks like in Peachtree City, GA.

- Sedation so you sleep comfortably through surgery
- Fixed teeth the same day as your All-on-X procedure

Step 01
Your Consultation
You come in. You leave with a clear picture and a plan.
- A 3D scan and a digital tooth map are taken as part of your visit, so Dr. Anderson can see your exact bone structure before recommending anything
- Dr. Anderson reviews your bone, anatomy, and options with you in plain English
- You’ll meet Jennifer, our treatment coordinator, who has over 25 years of experience guiding patients through the full dental implant journey.
- You receive a complete treatment plan and monthly financing options from CareCredit and LendingClub
Step 02
Smile Design
You see your new smile before any dental implant is placed.
- Digital planning maps exactly where each dental implant will go
- Computer-guided surgery is designed in three dimension before the first incision, so the placement is accurate to the millimeter
- Your jaw position is captured precisely, so the final teeth fit as they should
- Shape, size, and shade are discussed with you. Many patients bring a photo for reference.
By surgery day, your entire procedure is planned to the millimeter. You have already seen what your new smile will look like and approved it before anything is placed.
Step 03
All-On-X Surgery Day
You sleep through it. You wake up with teeth.
- During your All-On-X surgery, you receive general anesthesia from a dedicated CRNA focused only on your safety and comfort.
- Dr. Anderson focuses entirely on your surgery. Two providers, two jobs.
- You feel nothing and remember nothing
- You leave the same day with a full set of fixed teeth anchored to your dental implants
What recovery looks like
- Swelling and soreness for the first few days, which is normal
- Soft foods for the first several weeks while your dental implants integrate
- Medication prescribed before you leave for any discomfort
- Dr. Anderson personally checks on you after surgery

Step 04
Healing and Your Final Teeth

- Your dental implants bond to your jaw quietly over the following months, while you wear your fully functional fixed teeth the whole time
- Follow-up visits as you heal
- Once your dental implants are fully bonded, we place and perfect your permanent final teeth, made from a strong ceramic material built to last
- Dr. Anderson sees his own patients for years after the final teeth are in. You are not handed off to someone else when treatment is done.

Questions We Hear Most Often About the All-on-X Process
Will I be awake during surgery?
No. You receive general anesthesia. During your All-On-X procedure, a dedicated CRNA manages your anesthesia while Dr. Anderson focuses on surgery. You are completely asleep, and you remember nothing.
Will I leave the same day with teeth?
Yes. You leave surgery day with a complete set of fixed teeth anchored to your dental implants. No gaps, no waiting.
How much will this hurt?
Surgery day is painless because you are asleep under general anesthesia. Afterward, you can expect some swelling and soreness for a few days. We send you home with prescriptions already filled.
How long does the full arch implant journey take?
You leave surgery day with a full set of fixed teeth and wear them throughout. Over the following months, your dental implants integrate and we perfect your final smile, with in-house aftercare along the way.
Do I need many visits before surgery?
No. The consultation and smile design visits happen before surgery. After that, you come in for surgery day and follow-up visits during healing. Jennifer keeps your schedule organized.
What if I’m nervous about anesthesia?
That is the most common concern we hear. Dr. Anderson is both an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and a medical doctor, with more than 40,000 anesthesia cases behind him. During your All-On-X procedure, a CRNA, a dedicated anesthesia professional, is also in the room doing nothing but monitoring you. Two people focused on your safety the whole time.
