Dr. Paul Anderson Has Been Taking Care of People Here for 24 Years.
Dr. Paul Anderson is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and a medical doctor serving Peachtree City and Fayetteville, GA. He has placed more than 12,000 dental implants, completed more than 40,000 sedation cases, and still calls his patients personally after surgery to check on them.
He Holds a Medical Degree Many Oral Surgeons in This Area Do Not.
Dr. Paul E. Anderson, DMD, MD
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Anderson earned his dental degree (DMD) from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, graduating with honors, then went back for a full medical degree (MD) at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed a general surgery internship at the University of Maryland Medical System and the R.
Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Maryland, and later served as a part-time attending at Emory University, caring for head and neck cases at Grady Memorial Hospital.
That depth of training means two things for you:
If something unexpected happens during your procedure, the surgeon at the table can recognize and handle it
Patients with complex medical histories that other providers turn away are welcome here

- He holds hospital surgical privileges at Piedmont Fayette Hospital, which means he is credentialed to operate in a hospital setting. Most oral surgery offices do not have that. It matters if your case is complex.
- He is also a TeethXpress certified provider for full-arch dental implants.
24 Years in Peachtree City. Dental Implants Placed Before They Were Common.
Dr. Anderson built this practice from the ground up over more than two decades. He got into full-arch dental implants early, before the seminars and the marketing, and learned through years of real cases.

TEACHING
Dr. Anderson founded and leads the Peachtree Study Club, where he teaches local general dentists hands-on full-arch dental implant protocols. He has also served as an instructor for the American Heart Association’s Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course.
COMMUNITY
Outside the practice, he and his team support local causes. The practice partners with Bloom, including its annual Bloom Ball and Fore the Paws Golf Tournament, serves as a title sponsor of Senoia Porchfest, and supports local high school booster programs.
He Sees You Himself, From the First Visit to the Last.
At your consultation, Dr. Anderson sits down with you. He listens to your history, explains your options in plain language, and answers your questions, without pressure.
On surgery day, he does your procedure. When it is over, he calls you personally to check in.
When a patient has been told it cannot be done, he looks at the same situation and asks what the actual problem is, and whether there is a way to solve it. Many times the answer is yes.
The board-certified oral surgeon patients trust most is often the one who keeps asking that question.

“If I have a patient who is medically compromised, I feel most confident sending them to him, because he is an MD, DMD.”
Dr. Walsh went further than a referral. She is also his patient. He placed a dental implant for her five years ago. She describes the result as “absolutely perfect.”
